On today’s episode we have a quick interview from Paleo f(x) with Ben Greenfield. At the time of this interview, Ben had just sustained a series of serious injuries after he was in a traffic accident while riding his bike, and although this isn’t the point of the conversation, it’s worth noting that Ben was still attending and participating in the Paleo f(x) conference despite the circumstance, so he must be doing something right. In fact, during this time he was keeping all his followers and supporters up to date with his progress and recovery schedule, turning his misfortune into something beneficial for anyone listening. Ben is a health and fitness renaissance man, doing just about everything (and a little more). We chat to him about a few of the things he does in his day-to-day life and about how he manages such a busy schedule. He also comments on diet, the conference, and his bucket list. So for all this and more, tune in and hear what Ben has to say!

Today on the show, we chat with a handful of the awesome folks I got to meet on the floor of Paleo f(x) this year. Our first exciting guest is Shawn Mihalik, the new Paleo Magazine Managing Editor. We find out how Shawn got into paleo 10 years ago and what his experience at the magazine as well as Paleo f(x) has been like so far. You’ll also get to meet Mark from Ritz Fit and find out how Ritz Fit is challenging the Costco and Thrive Market models to create a more customer-driven experience when it comes to sourcing produce. Next up, we meet Ben, a man who might make many husbands out there jealous! Ben is the founder of Dinner For Mary. He started his business simply cooking delicious Paleo dinners for his wife, Mary, and posting pictures of it on social media. One thing led to another and today Ben has his own cookbook, a YouTube channel, and website, and he’s making Paleo more accessible (and helping husbands around the world repair their relationships!). Later on, we meet Angela, the CEO of Tribali Foods. We discover how Angela started reincorporating meat into her diet after 35-years of being vegetarian and the talk about beautiful, wholesome, homemade meat products she is making today. Actress Elle Russ then shares her incredible journey with hypothyroidism and talks more about her book, The Paleo Thyroid Solution. Here, Elle offers helpful advice for hypothyroidism diagnosis that could just save you or a loved one. Lastly, do you know just how electric you are? Emilio from Pulse Center talks with us about the incredible PEMF technology out there today—how it works, what the studies say, and why your cells are just like a cellphone battery.
