On today’s episode we have a quick interview from Paleo f(x) with Ben Greenfield. At the time of this interview, Ben had just sustained a series of serious injuries after he was in a traffic accident while riding his bike, and although this isn’t the point of the conversation, it’s worth noting that Ben was still attending and participating in the Paleo f(x) conference despite the circumstance, so he must be doing something right. In fact, during this time he was keeping all his followers and supporters up to date with his progress and recovery schedule, turning his misfortune into something beneficial for anyone listening. Ben is a health and fitness renaissance man, doing just about everything (and a little more). We chat to him about a few of the things he does in his day-to-day life and about how he manages such a busy schedule. He also comments on diet, the conference, and his bucket list. So for all this and more, tune in and hear what Ben has to say!
