On today’s episode we welcome Roy Krebs of Natural Stacks. Roy is a co-founder of the supplement company and he is here to give us the lowdown on their products and the way that they interact with neurotransmitters in our brains. If you haven’t gotten into the bio-hacking or supplement game, or feel like you may not know as much as you want to, this episode is a perfect introduction to the key concepts. On top of that, Roy also provides us with specific and detailed information about the Natural Stacks products for the more advanced supplement devotee. In our conversation we look back at the start of the company, the different neurotransmitters we possess, diet and exercise, and the most popular products from the Natural Stacks catalog. Roy does a great job of fielding any possible concerns and questions relating to the effects or drawbacks of supplements. One of the things we at Paleo Magazine love most about Natural Stacks is their approach to transparency, especially with regards to their ingredients, and Roy explains the philosophy behind this. So if you are currently using supplements or are just interested in a new way to naturally enhance your brain function, listen in to hear it all!
